Preferred Rates for Pre-Departure PCR Tests for AIG’s Travel Guard Customers

We have partnered with Raffles Medical Group (RMG) to offer Travel Guard customers preferred rates for pre-departure PCR tests in Singapore. To enjoy these rates, simply follow the steps below:

1.      Upon purchasing a Travel Guard policy, you will receive a confirmation email from AIG with a link that directs you to RMG’s website to book your pre-departure PCR test.

2.      You will need to provide the following details when you book the test on RMG’s website:

a.      NRIC or FIN Number

b.      Gender

c.      Nationality

d.      Email Address

e.      Contact Number

3.      Upon completion of booking, a confirmation email with your appointment details will be sent to you via email. You will receive a text message 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment.

4.      On the day of your appointment, please bring along your redemption letter, identity card or passport, and flight documents.

5.      PCR tests are available at over 36 Raffles Medical clinics located islandwide. You may select your preferred clinic to have your test done. If you are not able to book an appointment, walk-in visits are available at the following locations:

a.      Travel Testing Centre at Raffles Hospital

b.      Raffles Medical at Holland V

c.      Raffles Medical at Shaw Centre

Please note that the abovementioned PCR tests are provided by Raffles Medical Group. AIG will not be held responsible or liable for services purchased by Travel Guard customers from Raffles Medical Group.
