PROHealth Prior Agreement
You must apply for a prior agreement before a scheduled hospitalisation.
This is to facilitate direct contact between AIG’s advising doctor and your attending doctor, whilst respecting your attending doctor’s prerogatives and responsibility.
How to apply for prior agreement
For medical emergencies
In the event of a medically justified emergency, you should submit the Prior Agreement Authorisation form within three days following admission.
