Please be advised that the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine may impact travel insurance coverages and benefits, and AIG’s ability to provide certain travel-related assistance services, for travel to, from or within the affected areas.
AIG continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and its ongoing impact on travel. Whilst we endeavor to provide regular updates regarding travel safety, travellers should also consult the World Health Organization (WHO) and Singapore’s Ministry of Health (MOH) websites for the most up-to-date information about the evolving situation.

Please note the following key changes to the Travel Guard Direct policy wording for all new policies issued from 24 September 2022. If you have an existing un-utilized policy, the enhanced Covid-19 coverages will be extended to you for trips departing from Singapore on or after 24th September 2022. No action is necessary from your end.
If you purchased Travel Guard Direct after 24 September 2022, these changes are already part of your policy wording.

Policy Type - The policy type shows who are insured under the policy. You can choose from either Individual or Family cover. |

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners' Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
