I.        Respectful Behaviour

Please treat our team with courtesy, dignity and respect, just like we would do for you. Avoid the use of offensive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory language or behaviour that is harassing, aggressive or intimidating.

II.      Be Patient

Some processes may take time to complete, we promise to keep you updated and work as quickly as we can. Your patience is genuinely appreciated while we help get things right for you.

III.    Communicate Honestly

Every product or service has terms and conditions, we will always explain them clearly to you and we just ask that you follow that too. Please provide accurate and complete information to help us serve you better. Do not intentionally mispresent or withhold critical information.

IV.   Privacy and Confidentiality

We are here to keep your personal information and policy details safe, so please observe our authentication and privacy procedures. We are fully committed to protecting your Privacy. Should your suspect any unauthorized use of your data with AIG, please alert us immediately.  

Non-compliance with this Customer Code of Conduct may result in a range of actions including but not limited to the following:

             I.        Issuance of warning (verbal or written).

            II.        Interim discontinuation of service access.

          III.        Withdrawal of services in response to sustained breaches of the Customer Code of Conduct.

          IV.        Alerting appropriate authorities.
