Windscreen Damage Claims
What to do
If your windscreen is cracked or shattered:
• In Singapore – call one of our authorised workshops listed on your Certificate of Insurance for advice.
• In Malaysia – call our 24-hour Auto Assist at +65 6338 6200 for advice.
Notify the police if there is evidence of a criminal or malicious act involved, including damage to your windscreen when the vehicle is parked.
Windscreen cover will be reinstated automatically following a claim, free of charge. However, an excess of S$100 (exclusive of GST) will apply for each claim unless specified in your car insurance policy.
