Changes to Your Policy Premium at Renewal

This message is intended only for policyholders who have recently received a letter regarding important updates to their policy with us. These changes apply only to the policy specified in the letter.

Thank you for insuring with AIG. We would like to inform you that your Policy premium will be updated at your next renewal on or after 1 July 2026

Please refer to the notification letter, 'Changes to Your Policy Premium at Renewal', dated 12 May 2026, which was sent to you via mail for the following details:

  • Relevant Product Name
  • Relevant Policy Number
  • Updated Premium

The updated premium will be automatically charged to your existing payment method. No action is required from you, and your coverage will continue seamlessly. 

Unless otherwise advised by the Owner of the Policy, receipt of the renewal premium by us shall be construed as an acceptance of the modified terms and the modified terms shall take effect from the date of your next Policy renewal on or after 1 July 2026.

This adjustment reflects the rising cost of providing Accident & Health insurance, including higher operating expenses and medical inflation. While we continue to carefully manage costs, a revision is necessary to ensure that we can maintain the level of service and protection you rely on.

  • Choose the specific policy you wish to update your contact information for
  • Under ‘Actions’, click ‘Contact Us’ to view your existing contact information
  • Under the Policy Type field, select “Personal Accident Insurance”
  • Under the Nature of Query field, select “Update of Personal Particulars”
  • Enter your updated contact information and click Submit

Yes. Each policy has its own set of contact details to allow policyholders the option to use different information for different policies. To ensure we can reach you regarding a specific policy, please update your contact details separately for each policy.
